The digital scientific magazine "Interdisciplinaria de La Administración y Sociedad" (IADM) is an official publication of "Epreparate". Available in open access and free consultation, circulated in international academic circles, accepting contributions in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The magazine has a continuous flow of quarterly submissions and publications of original and unpublished texts, the result of research that addresses interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary issues related to administration studies, social and cultural studies, covering the areas of management, business, accounting, production engineering , business pedagogy, organizational psychology, political and organizational sociology, continuing education, work philosophy, occupational health and the most varied collaborations. The magazine's objectives are: to expand the circulation of knowledge, from a plural perspective in theoretical and methodological terms.
